I know that helping to pay for The Beach House expenses is not easy. I want to do what I can to make it easier on everyone. So rather than taking the full costs (as noted below) and splitting them all between us equally, I am taking only the costs for Utilities, Taxes and Insurance per year and splitting that 3 ways. I'm not including maintenance fees at all. $3,000.00 split three ways would be a $1,000 payment per year for each of the 3 individual families. As expenses increase through the years, I will update this website each year with price increases as needed.
(Note: I already promised everyone that it would be $900 for 2020 so I will honor that for 2020)
