BEACH HOUSE RULES AND EXPECTATIONS1.) No SMOKING inside the beach house.
2.) No UNSUPERVISED MINORS (under 21 years old).
3.) No YOUTH GROUPS unless supervised by a Parent at the beach house (day and night).
4.) No SINGLE ADULT guests of the opposite sex (unless they’re with Parents).
5.) Bring your own TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, & SHEETS.
6.) SERVICE DONATION like chopping wood and mowing the lawn each week would be expected by anyone staying at the beach house.
7.) Any repairs, maintenance or upgrades to the beach house need to be cleared through Christin. This includes but is not limited to painting, plumbing, decorations, etc.
8.) If you break something, you will be required to FIX IT or REPLACE IT!
NOTE: Any costs incurred by non compliance to the above rules and expectations will be taken care of and will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is no card on file the expenses will need to be paid ahead of time.
CLEANING THE BEACH HOUSE
The following will need to be completed at the end of your stay to make this more enjoyable for the next guests.
1.) Ajax the sinks, toilets, and bathtub
2.) Sweep out the upstairs and downstairs, including bathrooms.
3.) Clean out the ashes in the fireplace.
4.) Clean out the fridge and take home or throw away any remaining food.
5.) Take home all garbage and replace garbage bag liners
6.) Any guests returning from the beach needs to rinse off outside before taking a
shower. This will help prevent the pipes from getting clogged.
7.) If you bring a pet, clean up all waste and vacuum all furniture and bedding.
8). Lock all windows and doors before you leave
NOTE: If any cleaning is required after your stay, cleaning specialists will be hired to complete the tasks and costs will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is no card on file the expenses will need to be paid ahead of time.
